Exzac nominated Arcady Lapiro to drive and support the EMEA Development. Arcady has extensive knowledge in Investment & Retail Banking, Capital Markets industry, payment services having worked for over 12 years in the fields of compliance, AML, Internal Control and Strategy. He has held a variety of positions, including Head of Compliance & Legal of ProCapital Securities Services, Head of Compliance & Legal of Fortuneo Bank (Group Credit Mutuel Arkea) for France & Belgium, and lastly Managing Partner of a boutique consulting firm working for European Banks & Brokers, Payment providers etc.
Arcady was a permanent member of the Compliance Committee of the AMAFI (lobby of professionals working in the securities industry and financial markets in France), a guest speaker at industry conferences and was consulted on a few topics by the AMF. Arcady holds a Master in Banking & Finance Law from the Sorbonne, Paris and is a member of the ACAMS.
