At Exzac, we have developed methodologies and technologies to ensure that key aspects of an implementation are done well. For whatever, reason these are often the same parts of the project that are often left out of a services project. We work with our clients in both a full lifecycle engagement mode as well as on parts of a project as part of a mixed team. Requirements Gathering and Iterative Deployments

Even the best implementation team can be undermined by incomplete requirements or requirements that are not prepared at a sufficient level or detail. At the same time it isn’t realistic to assume that the requirements prepared at the beginning of a project are going to be perfect. Exzac has developed industry specific expertise that allows us to work with our clients to prepare or review initial requirements to try to minimize changes going forward. In addition, we us an agile, iterative approach to the implementation, delivering work product for review on a weekly basis. Unlink a traditional waterfall approach to implementation this ensures that any gaps between requirements and capabilities are discovered early in a project as much as possible avoiding the surprises that can derail an implementation deep into the project timeline

Data Quality Assurance

Data is complicated and it should come as no surprise that major project delays and gaps in solution functionality are caused by problems with data. Despite that, many project shift responsibility for data analysis completely over to the client. Exzac has experience across dozens of implementations and we have discovered that, unsurprisingly, the data issues that challenge one project are often the same as those that pop up on the next one. In order to standardize and simplify data analysis, we have developed a Data Quality Assurance tool that allows us to complete over a hundred domain specific and generic data tests in a matter of days, quickly identifying issues before they become a major problem for the project.

UAT and Stress Testing

Testing is another part of a typical project that is typically shifted almost entirely to the client. Exzac has made a concerted effort to make testing a standard, strong part of our implementations. We realized that because we know what many risk management applications are supposed to do and because, by a certain point in a project we understand out clients expectations for the product, we are best positioned to design and, when necessary, manage user and system testing. By making this a part of what we offer, we are able to ensure successful implementation, all the way through to production.
