On-Going Support

After a solution is fully deployed and in hands of the users, new challenges may arise: upgrading software, migrating hardware, incorporating new data sources, adapting to increases in data loads and training new users. Under ideal circumstances we believe that our clients should be able to handle many of these tasks themselves. The reality, however, is that internal resources are often stretched thin supporting multiple projects and platform. In addition, many clients we work with find that their internal resources have not been sufficiently trained to support their platforms or that documentation provided with the delivery of their project is insufficient to support internal training.

In every project that we deliver we take pains to ensure that sufficient knowledge transfer and training occurs to avoid these situations. None-the-less, we encounter many clients that can benefit from additional support services. Exzac provides ongoing support and training to help keep the solutions in optimal performance and ensure they deliver on their broadest possible capabilities. Part of that support, where possible, involves training and documentation in order to bring internal teams up to speed as resources become available in order to, in the long term, reduce our clients reliance on external support.
